My full name is Moises Marco Antonio Cuevas Ramirez (aka Dr. Moy) and I was born in June 19th 1978 in Mexico City.

I started my approach to health sciences studying a career as an Emergency Medical Technician in 1998, forming part of the group "Enlace Medico Asistencia IAP" for 2 years in the city of Queretaro where I earned the recognition as "Cadet of the Year" and obtained the PHTLS (Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support ) certificate.

After that I studied for Medical Surgeon and General Practitioner at the "Faculty of Medicine of the UNAM" in Mexico City, making the undergraduate internship in the Hospital "Gabriel Mancera" of the IMSS and making 1 full year of social service in the community of Contitlan, Zacatecas, getting then my degree in 2006.

From 2006 to 2008 I worked at the company "Travel Medical Services" in Nuevo Vallarta, providing consultation to prestigious hotels like "Grand Velas", "Villa del Palmar - Flamingos" and "Meliá Vallarta" being this the company where I get to met the community of Sayulita.
In 2007 I obtained the certify as an ACLS provider (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) of the American Heart Association, which I will renew this year.

It was in 2007 when I met Paulina Martinez, founder of PAMYA, and mixing our experiences and knowledge, is how we continue the project that she began in 2006.

To provide a better service in my practice, now I'm studying the French language and as you read this, we are working to obtain the certification by the International Society of Travel Medicine.
